Job Description

Product Manager will work cross-functionally to plan, execute, follow-up and evaluate the product mix. Will be responsible to support and deliver the best and most comprehensive market analysis and solution for the business division and their categorie.

Main responsibilities are:
  • Product Management and planning
  • Product line up definition / line up date with costumers (Retail and Distribution)
  • Product Launching
  • Profitability by customer and product
  • Sales Plan by customer
  • Propose Marketing Actions (Demand Generation)
  • Propose POP/Video/Collateral/Training materials (internal and external)
  • Propose Sell out actions
  • Pricing Management (Price List, System Mgt, PP)
  • Training material
  • NPI, Product Certification and Registration
  • Setting product strategy
Desired Skills & Experience
  • 6 ~10 years of professional experience in multinational companies and/or digital agencies, preferable in fast-paced industries;
  • Ability to plan, execute and monitor simultaneous projects;
  • Fast response to drastic changes (ability to adapt and adjust quickly);
  • Pro-active and trendy thinking; 
  • Besides communication and digital skills, must be process oriented;
  • Ability to adapt and to understand cultural differences;
  • Fluency in English, with good communication skills (and used to top management presentations).
