Reporting to the company´s Country Manager, your main duties will be:

  • Work closely with Distributors and Distributor Sales Consultants (DSC's) through salons and with Spa Directors within the Spa market as well as the Marketing and Education Departments as ambassadors representing the company in the best way;
  • Actively participate in growing territory Sales and Brand Awareness by working closely with Distributors via detailing, Sales Meeting, Monthly Manager Meetings and Prospection;
  • Collaborate and Educate Salon Owners, Stylists, Distributors, DSC's, and Consumers;
  • Conduct and participate in In-Salon Events, In-Salon Classes and Distributor Events;
  • Develop Business and Retail Development Strategies for salons
  • Ensure that Marketing and Sales materials provided are well distributed and utilized.
The company is looking for a professional with Bachelor's degree, experience in relationship based sales in the salon and/or luxury retail industry. The position requires availability to travel 25% up to 75% of the time, evening and weekend work when required. Fluent English is mandatory.
