DESCRIPTION

• Lead a team that drives collaborative Demand Planning process across each business unit by partnering with Global Operations, Product Manager team, Sales Business Units, Marketing and Finance
• Identify specific initiatives, that optimize business plans to create differentiation and incremental gross margin opportunities
• Involve in risk assessment management in term of Brazil transition planning.
• Provide overall strategic direction in the areas of: Championing the vision of the global planning organization; Global alignment of tools, process, reporting & metrics; Identifying and developing core planning capabilities; People management and organizational maturity; Performance management and succession planning; Create an energizing work environment with an innovative, efficient, flexible and diverse organization; Resource planning to scale teams to support changing business needs; Ensure professional development and training opportunities are available; Review and make corrective action within Brazil that actively balance our inventory risk, cost management and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Engage in global inventory balancing and allocation to support overall Dell and Brazil.
• Participate in End Of Life process management.
• Ensure consistency of deliverables for entire team.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

•  Bachelor's degree (Masters Preferred);
•  4+ years of direct work related experience in supply chain, demand planning, and marketing experience.
•  3+ years experience managing of professional work force people within these business areas.
•  Strong conceptual and creative skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
•  Excellent organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills.
•  Must be a leader in tactical execution and have a good eye for detail.
•  Ability to think outside the box and hand on style of execution.
•  Ability to set priority and to thieve in a high growth, fast pace and demanding environment.
