Responsabilities:

This position within Communications area will focus on:
  • Managed services communications
  • Regional communications strategy and planning
  • Social Media engagement strategist
  • Managed services communications
  • Integrated, well-planned, coordinated communications strategy
  • Built on internal, external and change management communications.
  • Support development of transition plans
  • Secure full engagement of the people affected by the change.
  • Minimize risk, maximize impact and support performance.
  • Regional communications strategy and planning
  • On a yearly basis, interact with the internal areas and jointly develop the regional communications strategy plan considering their perspective
  • Define the communications regional roadmap and agenda for the year and ensure consistent communication and priorities to be pushed by all communications areas ("one agenda");
  • Manage the budget area on a monthly basis and ensure quarterly reports on ROI based on Communications KPIs
  • Boost the global Communications Forum among regional communicators
  • Social Media engagement strategist
  • Interact with GF Communications in order to define a Social Media strategy for PR focused on journalists, stakeholders and opinion formers within segment.
  • Interact with regional and global HR in order to define a Social Recruiting strategy
  • Lead social conversation and engagement program across the organization
  • Monitoring day-to-day social media conversations and implement tracking and measurement on social programs
  • Manage social campaigns with stakeholders, including timelines, deliverables, measurement and execution across social media platforms
Requirements:
  • Experience in internal communications; strategic planning and social media.
  • University degree in Public Relations or equivalent training / experience.
  • Social and networking skills.
  • Good level of social media understanding, trends, best practices. Must actively participate in social media.
  • Excellent written and oral communications, including editing.
  • Fluent in English (oral & written) and some knowledge in Spanish.
