Assist in planning and executing communications strategies related to employees, government, NGO’s, think tanks, industry groups, media, international organizations, regulatory agencies and other relevant parties of interest to Novozymes.
Perform all tasks related to internal and external communications of the company, following specific corporate standards ensuring the preservation of corporate image. Run public relations activities in national and international channels of communications, including: ddevelopment of messages and interaction with the media, strengthening and expanding the company’s network.

Qualifications
- M.Sc. In Communication, Public Relations, Journalism or related field.
- Fluent English.
- Experience in Public affairs, media relations or journalism from private, public or NGO sector.
- Ability to work independently.
- Analytical mind, sound judgment and proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to formulate and articulate clear messages about complex and science based subjects.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships in a team oriented, consensus driven environment.
- Accountable, ambitious, open, ready for change, engaged with stakeholders.
