Key Responsibilities

  • Counsels principle leaders in LAC on communications strategy and execution in alignment with company and regional objectives
  • Evaluates internal client needs with respect to audience and message, and designs effective communications plans to effectively execute delivery
  • Researches, writes, and edits relevant communication deliverables with defined internal communications plans
  • Publishes content on corporate social media channels.
  • Explores and uses new communication vehicles to achieve communications objectives.
  • Align with larger marketing team to coordinate internal launches, handle reviews of release content, managing publishing calendar, developing pitches and placing positive stories about the company internally.
  • Acts as a contributing member to the global Unisys internal communications function.
  • Consistently meets aggressive deadlines.

Responsible for directing and managing internal communications programs for Unisys for overall Latin America. Work with regional management and business unit leaders to develop and implement internal communications programs that advance the company’s business goals and promote Unisys people, programs, and offerings in the region.

Create overall internal communications strategy for the region; determining strategies and tactics; managing employee intranets; ensuring consistency with overall corporate messages.
