This role would br drive marketing strategy and marketing interlock with key programs and brands for E&U in Brazil, manage execution and manage ongoing marketing relationship with Brazil clients.
Main activities:
- Lead developing the business strategy to support the unit, including future quarter's pipeline, value proposition priorization and segmentation;
- Defines overall competitive framework and market (e.g., offerings, channels, portifolio, management, communications);
- Support uptade of Brazil Energy Business Plan/Strategy;
- Uses globally created content where possible and validates globally created content that has been translated into local language;
- Translates program assets into portuguese if required;
- Support routes to market enablement on segmen and program content (thought leadership/solutions/offerings) and route expectationsto folow-upon leads generated or progressed by program activities;
- Pipeline management; perform pipeline analysys and implement corrective actions to close pipeline gaps;
- Interlock with Corporate and GMU on strategic direction.
- Energy & Utilities market dynamics knowledge (players, partners, congresses..)
- Marketing Planning and Execution
- Business Plan development and execution
- Strong leadership and teamwork skill
- Ability to communicate, work, and gain consensus across a matrixed organizational structure with many different stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 6 months experience em Marketing Planning and Execution; Business Plan development and execution
- Fluent English
