Job Description


Mission:
Responsible for the Master Content Provider (MCP) business, the candidate will run the commercial relationship with Mobile and Media customers, propose and implement marketing activities, manage all portal / storefront activities and as well as project manager technical and commercial initiatives to maximize the flow of revenues.

Main Duties:
  • Account management of the MCPs. This will include day-to-day relationship with the customer, and responsibility on commercials and contracts with the customer.
  • Overall responsibility for the portals to drive an optimal customer experience.
  • Oversee scheduling the content and retailing of the portal. This will include line management of editorial and marketing, technical and content management teams to ensure content is delivered and portal updates are implemented to plan.
  • Propose and implement in-portal and off-portal marketing activities and policies to increase the sale of the products. To do this, the MCP Manager will have direct contact with the MCP Marketing team in HQ, and with the main content providers.
  • Project management for all new MCP initiatives. This includes defining business cases and the project plans, directing the feature roadmap requirements, and dealing with the technical providers (both internal and external) to accomplish the expected initiatives on time, and in a cost and quality effective manner.
  • With responsibility for the MCP revenue and profit line, he/she will follow up on a daily basis the main KPIs of the MCP business in order to foresee new opportunities, control the result of his/her activities, and decide about the need of corrective measures.
  • New business development with both new and existing clients.
Skills
  • University degree in a relevant technical discipline, or in business/marketing but with a proven technical exposure.
  • Technology, gaming, mobile services, online or telecom companies background is highly preferable.
  • 4+ years experience in the duties described. Both commercial, account management or marketing experience, and in project management, are mandatory.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office (mainly Word, Excel and Power Point). 
  •  English written and spoken.
  • Focused on clear objectives and very results driven.
  • First class team management skills, as the candidate will need to manage directly a team and coordinate customer and content and technical providers.
  • Interpersonal and leadership skills are essential. Great ability to get on well with people, with especial attention to customers and partners.
  • Strong commercial skills and business development experience.
  • Solid technical background with experience of working directly with technical teams and project managing technology / services implementations.
  • With initiative, proactive, dynamic and quick to make decisions.
  • Deep analytical skills. Ability to mine, analyze and report data and trends, and present and analyze financial and performance indicators.
  • Good amount of common sense, rigor, and ability to think abstractly and to take on responsibilities.
