Job Description

Description of Goals:
  • Reporting to the B2C Business Director, your role is driven to manage large volumes of traffic, converting it into sales and increasing the revenue from all online (web & WAP) distribution channels for Brazil directly and giving support to the Iberia & Latam Business units.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage CPA and CPM campaigns for the company in Brazil on an ongoing basis.
  • Reporting of ROI (cost vs sales) of all campaigns for Brazil.
  • Management and daily contacts of company’s affiliation programs (CPA).
  • Direct contact with Design team for production of banners & Splash pages.
  • Coordination with IT / Product team for testing, QA, etc.
  • Monthly control and tracking over expenditure and insertion on internal tool for book keeping.
Skills

Minimum Experience:
  • 2-3 years minimum experience.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree.
  • 2 or 3 years experience in Online Marketing (CPM, CPC, and CPA) campaigns.
  • Ability to manage large scale SEM and Display advertising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of search engine analytics and reporting (Google & Yahoo SM).
  • Experience managing WAP Campaign and Mobile sector insider knowledge.
  • Good understanding of ROI.
  • Creative and analytical thinker.
  • Advanced excel user.
  • Very strong English command in both written and spoken.
  • Good communication skills.
Desired Requirements:
  • International experience.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
