Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Point of Sale’s strategy by channel for the category of P&A accessories: drivers of category demand; merchandising (communication at the point of sale, promotional calendar, enabling the shopper), a product mix by channel, display of products and additional spaces;
- Promotional plan for the category per quarter to top clients;
- Support the launch of new products;
- Communication at the Point of Sale (materials, displays, etc.);
- Identify shoppers and channels insights and implementing them in the category strategy ;
- Effective participation in the Operational Sales Plan.
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or Marketing;
- Graduate (or specialization, MBA) in Marketing, Trade Marketing or Retail (desirable);
- Fluency in Portuguese;
- Fluency in English (desirable);
- Expertise in Trade Marketing, with greater emphasis on promotional actions in point-of-sale, promotional calendar with retailers, activities for stimulating sell out, phase-in / phase-out of products;
- Experience in developing categories (desirable);
- Experience desirable in categories with specialized distribution channels (Home Centers, Door to door, etc.);
- Experience in developing and implementing the go-to-market strategy of for the category: definition of "demand drivers", communication to the shopper, promotional materials, product mix by channel and customer, distribution, etc.
- Understanding of the supply chain;
- Experience with product launches (influence in the internal process and definition of the launch plan for customers);
- Leadership and negotiation skills.
