PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities

  • Optimization of our product and service offering in the region:
  • Analyse product requirement of the markets in the region through customer meetings, conferences, market studies, etc.
  • Define desired "Value Proposition" and identify gaps with current offering
  • Build business cases to highlight the costs/ benefits ratio of proposed changes
  • Define functional specifications, price (value packages) and cost targets
  • Follow-up on implementation within organization (innovation, sales, O&M, etc)
  • Support product sales in the region:
  • Drive value selling: Pricing Database, Proforma tool, Value Base Pricing,…
  • Ensure product promotion : provide brochures, PowerPoint presentations, participate to exhibition, customer presentations,
  • Identify potential new customers and support identification of projects where current offering can be most competitive, and transfer to GPS/BSM
  • Support of the marketing processes in the region
  • Support MACA, customer analysis, pricing analysis
  • Support Competitive Watc
  • Country Action Plan,etc.
Responsibilities on EHS:
  • Get inform and train in safe work procedures and implement them according to rules and procedures.
  • Use correct protective equipment to perform the work safely
  • Take care of the tools and work equipments, keeping them in order and cleanlines
  • Report faults, defects, accidents or incidents detected
Requirements
  • Engineering and Marketing/Sales background is seen as a good combination for this position.
  • English and Portuguese are a must.
  • Spanish and some basics of French are a plus.
  • The candidate has held one or two positions in the Wind industry
  • Wind turbine general understanding, customer financial proformas
  • Ability to work with remote teams, strong drive/lead,
  • Rigor to systematically validate the information,
  • Analytical skills to select, summarize, and present relevant information to initiate change into the organization, ability to communicate clearly with customers
