Job Description

Relationship services position working with relationship sales teams, channel teams, channel partners, field services and delivery teams. Key objective is to drive services to Dell’s channel partners in complex business environments.

Will be responsible for uncovering large opportunities, selling benefits of Dell and selling against the competition. You will be required to forecast, negotiate, and provide technical product information and provide overall support via the telephone.
  • Ongoing feedback on offers/features & competitiveness/pricing
  • Always looking for creative solutions for the channel partners
  • Coaching – how to sell solutions specific to channel needs (team meetings, huddles )
  • Make himself/herself available for customer calls and actively close opportunities (sales mentality)
  • Drive the business - Proactive sales thru SMB pipeline report.. Identifying all opportunities w/o service EARLY in the sale process.
  • Take an analytic approach to driving and improving the business – what activities aligned the largest ROI for the business
  • Manages and leads complex projects or programs, possibly several concurrently.
  • Interacts with multiple internal and external customers and channel partners.
  • May act as team leader or manager.
  • Drives complex cross functional or segment projects.
  • Develops and implements complex project plans, specifications and schedules.
  • Accomplished program manager role and entry level manager.
  • Limited coaching/mentoring required.
  • Translates business objectives into department goals/plans and implements.

Experience
  • 2–3 years of technical sales experience (TSR skills is welcome).
  • 3–5 years of related, industry or segment experience.
  • Bachelor Degree or MBA in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Fluent English
  • Fluent Spanish (desirable)
