Online Program Manager - Latin America

Working in Dell's Latin America Small Business (LA SMB) Online area is a very exciting opportunity. The successful candidate will be part of a business that has traditionally achieved very high growth rates and thus places Dell as a premier supplier in this market. Our mission is to enhance our eCommerce capabilities and deliver outstanding shopping experience to online customers on Dell.com.

The Online program manager will work closely with other team members reqarding online technology needs, partner with IT to gather project requirements, establish timelines for development, and support deployment of Online technologies.

Skills

Requirements include good experience in managing online programs and initiatives.

Minimum 2-3 years experience working with different Biz departments like SKU configuration Management, Sales, Online, Marketing, Marcom, and Pricing. Demonstrated experience in managing change and working with IT team to deploy online solution is required. Knowledge of relevant project management methodology would be desirable. The candidate will require strong problem and issue resolution skills, Leadership, and ability to motivate teams on cross-functional projects. Ability to work independently and influence resource across other Business domains is important to be successful in this role. Strong business acumen and ability to interact with executives to provide updates, manage escalations, and make executive recommendations. Excellent interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills.

Bilingual - fluent in spoken and written English and Portuguese Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have experience in supporting IT deployment solutions for Online Marketing, Sales or related areas. The successful candidate needs to have demonstrated their ability to operate at a very high level in the previous role(s) inside or outside of Dell and must have an understanding of the online business in the relevant markets. Candidates should possess working knowledge of online business, experience working with IT teams, 3-5 years of project management experience in online business experience. Finally, the individual should have the ability to work in team/cross-functional settings.
