Develop an innovative B2B and B2C marketing strategy and tactical plan. Employ and measure multiple offline and online marketing techniques and tactics to drive business and consumer audience behavior on the site.

Primary responsibilities:
  • Create aggressive and flexible marketing plan with related tactics and timing to ensure and grow Brazil business (employers) and consumer (job seekers) audience acquisition;
  • Employ marketing strategy and tactics that directly impacts sales, product awareness, sales goals and brand awareness;
  • Conduct market research and market understanding;
  • Create a variety of effective and creative marketing tactics including multi-media advertising, PR, offline events, online media, direct mail, internet marketing (CRM, SEO, SEM), telemarketing etc.
  • Rigorously measure and assess program efficacy across all Brazil marketing channels;
  • Hire, train and manage junior marketing staff and marketing service providers as applicable;
  • Own local budget management and closely follow global marketing protocols.
Profile:
We are looking for high performance candidates with a Bachelor´s degree in Business or Marketing from a top university. Fluency in English is necessary.Spanish fluency or familiarity advantageous. Marketing experience with at least 3 years of managing staff and external creative, media and marketing service provider resources. Prior B2B and B2C marketing experience in large, multi-national, consumer-oriented companies. Exposure to online analytics tools highly desirable (Google Analytics, Webtrends, Atlas Media, etc.) Excellent communication and inter-personnel skills. Ability to travel within Latin America.
