Role Summary/Purpose


The Experienced Commercial Leadership Program is a world-class rotational program that includes: three high-impact eight-month assignments in a GE sub-business, projects designed to build sales, marketing, strategy, and leadership skills and a comprehensive six week in-residence global training curriculum over the course of two years.

Essential Responsibilities

The ECLP program is shaped and continuously enhanced through the involvement of ECLP members. The program provides participants with opportunities to take significant roles in the leadership, management and advancement of the program. Members also have the unique opportunity to work with colleagues across businesses and from around the globe to lead change initiatives in a wide variety of areas including:

• Global recruiting
• ECLP feedback
• Internal communication
• Emerging market strategies
• Sales and marketing capabilities
• Training curriculum
• ECLP brand strategy
• Affinity networks

These opportunities create great visibility for program members, which leads to an increased network across the broader GE Company.

Qualifications/Requirements

• All candidates must have unrestricted work authorization in the region into which they apply.
• Major in functional related field
• Relevant work experience (5-7 years) – Aligned with GE business segment (Aviation, Healthcare, Water, Energy)
• MBA or equivalent Master’s degree
• Fluency in English, desired in Spanish
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex information
• Analytic or experimental design experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative
• Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Flexible, adaptable and geographically mobile
