MARKETING & PRODUCT MANAGER

Your Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the Marketing Plan and its execution for the categories under his/her responsibility;
  • Co-responsible for the Consumer Care category's improvement plans in the country and interface with the SO Consumer Care department;
  • Co-responsible for AOP (Annual Operational Plan)- Manage product mix assuring the achievement of the right balance between scale and innovation;
  • Define price positioning based on benchmark;
  • Provide structured input to BU (Business Unit) about business development, corrective actions and clear forecast for the coming future;
  • Local validation of product propositions (when applicable);
  • Ensure execution of the categories’ distribution strategy working together with Sales & Trade Marketing teams;
  • Manage category to achieve desired levels across the Purchase Funnel;
  • Do appropriate follow-up on the trade plan to assure the required sell out level is achieved;
  • Be on top of product introduction plan, working close to the BU (Business Unit) and Technical Product Manager;
  • Work together with the Technical Product Manager on product portfolio benchmarking and market / competitive analysis;
  • Lead customer roadshows to present product launchings and marketing campaigns / activities;
  • Inspire/motivate all stakeholders in the value chain.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor degree in Administration or Marketing;
  • Post-graduation (or MBA) in Marketing, Trade Marketing or Retailers (desirable);
  • Fluency in Portuguese;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Professional experience in Marketing;- Experience in Consumer Electronics (desirable);
  • Experience in Managerial positions;
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian market: distribution and promotion;
  • Ability to perform market and competitive analysis;
  • Planning and execution skills on the Marketing mix (4P’s);
  • Strong shopper orientation in terms of category approaches;
  • Capacity to interact and influence different stakeholders on the value chain (internal & external);
  • Communication and presentation skills.
