In Marketing area you'll be involved on the complete process of managing a brand from the research & development that we do until the creation of a new piece of advertising or promotion of the corresponding brand.
P&G is known as a Marketing Company, and the main objective of P&G is to create and build Brands that help consumers to improve their everyday live. Due to this, Marketing, also commonly known as Brand Management, is a one of our core functions behind the success of our business.
From your first day on the job, you will be given immediate project responsibility. You will become the owner of a certain project, which it will be totally related to the expected growth of the brand. Your first assignment gives you the chance to immediately contribute to the business, while developing your professional skills. You will work in professional and entrepreneurial cross-functional teams in one of the company's major business categories. Your colleagues and coach provide valuable mentoring as well as functional and corporate trainings will be provided to accelerate your development. You will be given increased levels of responsibility based on your proven capability to produce outstanding. You will be involved in the market plan development building on consumer and customer insights to deliver overall business objectives. As part of a multifunctional team you will develop a promotion plan, work with retail customers, re-launch an existing brand or introduce a new product. You will also use your skills to analyze the business, in addition to financial, competitive and research analysis.
As an Assistant Brand Manager your main responsabilities will be:
- Assess the local landscape;
- Develop national Business plans;
- Develop Holistic Communication Brief;
- Develop Local Commercial Innovation.
- Eligible to work in Brazil
- Bachelor Degree.
- Strong skills in leadership, and excellent in communication.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Graduation between Jul-2007 and Jul-2009.
