TRADE MARKETING ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement: Point of sale strategy per channel to the category of Audio, Video and Multimedia: Drivers of demand category; Merchandising; Mix of products by channel; Exhibition of products and additional spaces;
  • Plan promotional category per quarter for top customers;
  • Support to launch of new products and withdrawal of products;
  • Communication at the Point of Sale (materials, displays, etc.);
  • Identify the insight shoppers and channels and applied in the development of the category;
  • Effective participation in the process of Sales and Operational planning (SIOP).
Profile:
  • Bachelor Degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering or Marketing;
  • Specialization in Marketing, Trade Marketing or Retail (desirable);
  • Fluent Portuguese;
  • Fluent English;
  • Extensive experience in Trade Marketing, with emphasis on actions of promotional point of sale, promotional calendar, to promote activities sell out, phase-in / phase-out of products;
  • Experience in developing categories;
  • Desirable experience in categories with specialized channels of distribution (home centers, etc.);
  • Experience in developing and implementing the strategy, go-to-market of category;
  • Understanding of the distribution chain;
  • Experience with release of products;
  • Ease relationships with customers, suppliers and internal people;
  • Ability to negotiate and influence strategy.
