Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement: Point of sale strategy per channel to the category of Audio, Video and Multimedia: Drivers of demand category; Merchandising; Mix of products by channel; Exhibition of products and additional spaces;
- Plan promotional category per quarter for top customers;
- Support to launch of new products and withdrawal of products;
- Communication at the Point of Sale (materials, displays, etc.);
- Identify the insight shoppers and channels and applied in the development of the category;
- Effective participation in the process of Sales and Operational planning (SIOP).
- Bachelor Degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering or Marketing;
- Specialization in Marketing, Trade Marketing or Retail (desirable);
- Fluent Portuguese;
- Fluent English;
- Extensive experience in Trade Marketing, with emphasis on actions of promotional point of sale, promotional calendar, to promote activities sell out, phase-in / phase-out of products;
- Experience in developing categories;
- Desirable experience in categories with specialized channels of distribution (home centers, etc.);
- Experience in developing and implementing the strategy, go-to-market of category;
- Understanding of the distribution chain;
- Experience with release of products;
- Ease relationships with customers, suppliers and internal people;
- Ability to negotiate and influence strategy.
