Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an integrated plan for training and motivating the team of prosecutors (on products and behavioral);
- Develop and implement tools to train retail salespeople and managers on Philips products;
- Develop and implement tools for monitoring and evaluation on the effectiveness of training;
- Lead the training agency.
- University degree in Adiministration, Economy, Marketing or Engineering;
- Post-graduate (or specialization, MBA) in Marketing, Trade Marketing or Retail (desirable)
- Fluency in Portuguese;
- Fluent/Advanced English;
- Experience in training (HR or Sales);
- Desirable experience in Sales and Trade Marketing;
- Constant negotiation with clients and suppliers;
- Management skills;
- Ability to plan and execute training;
- Ability to didactic training (presentation and content);
- Indirect leadership (outsourced team, agency);
- Facility / clarity of communication.
