TRADE MARKETING MANAGER TRAINING

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an integrated plan for training and motivating the team of prosecutors (on products and behavioral);
  • Develop and implement tools to train retail salespeople and managers on Philips products;
  • Develop and implement tools for monitoring and evaluation on the effectiveness of training;
  • Lead the training agency.
Profile:
  • University degree in Adiministration, Economy, Marketing or Engineering;
  • Post-graduate (or specialization, MBA) in Marketing, Trade Marketing or Retail (desirable)
  • Fluency in Portuguese;
  • Fluent/Advanced English;
  • Experience in training (HR or Sales);
  • Desirable experience in Sales and Trade Marketing;
  • Constant negotiation with clients and suppliers;
  • Management skills;
  • Ability to plan and execute training;
  • Ability to didactic training (presentation and content);
  • Indirect leadership (outsourced team, agency);
  • Facility / clarity of communication.
