Job Responsibilities:

  • Plans and leads internally and with the publicity agency the mkt campaign, all marketing materials, visual communication, promotions and presentations.
  • Works with labels and artists manager and producer in order to record greetings, make promotions and partnership that brings benefits and more audience to the radio.
  • Work cross-LOB in order to optimize synergy campaigns
  • Radio activities(profile, target audience, results, competitors).
  • Prepares support material and make training for all employees, specially for the ad sales team.
  • Organize and control the mkt budget
  • Create and produce premiuns itens and promotional activites.
  • Previous experience on radio or music market is desirable
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Publicity or Communications
  • English: Fluent
