Responsibilities:
  • Planning quarterly product roadmaps to support retail operational RUM plan for Brazil
  • Ensure that external retail partners (local retailers) are well informed of our product portfolio every cycle, including proactive presence in quarterly pitches
  • Coordinating with Direct sales leaders, SMB and retail teams to optimizing channel strategy/minimize channel conflict• Seeking new strategic opportunities to drive incremental growth and profitability
  • Optimizing pricing & configuration working closely with pricing analysts and product managers (PLMs)
  • Partnering with on and offline marcom to develop and maintain complimentary coverage cross-channel (ebiz, queue, retail) in print and offline media
  • Working with operations teams to define optimal delivery/fulfillment strategy
  • Performing operational analysis on sales in and sell-through data and adjusting business levers as necessary to hit the financial plan
  • Tracking business performance and working with finance to build appropriate processes and business controls• Maintaining knowledge of Dell products and market to be primary expert on Dell's actual and perceived positioning, customer needs, and potential impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record for delivery results under compressed timelines
  • Ability to influence multiple groups cross-functionally and cross-region
  • Strong knowledge of business and marketing strategy, concepts tools and techniques
  • Strong analytical, strategic and command skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Knowledge of computing environments and relevant services
  • Experience in the PC industry is preferable
  • Min 6 years or more experience in sales and marketing
  • MBA preferred
  • Experience in Latin American Markets preferable
  • Fluency in English
