DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Digital Marketing Manager to manage, monitor and report on all of our digital advertising & social media programs. You will be responsible for driving and executing the company’s online marketing campaigns, and will interact directly with consumers via a variety of social media web-based channels and be able to manage agency relationships. Who You Are
Working closely with the Global Chief Marketing Officer, you will develop, drive and execute our overall marketing strategy. Further, you will develop, manage and engage all of our digital advertising & social media programs, including the front line of an on-going conversion with our customers to help them better understand the mechanics of our offers and how they benefit from participating.

As the Digital Marketing Manager you should be able to think strategically and have a strong desire to promote the online conversation every day via a variety of online communication channels. You will need to hold agency partners accountable for performance criteria, spend plus ROI.

Your Qualifications
  • 3 plus years of Experience as an Online Marketing Manager
  • Manage paid and earned media campaigns
  • Excellent level of knowledge and ability in using Facebook, Twitter & other online communication channels to promote a business
  • Excellent knowledge of implementing and managing Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Pay Per Click campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital media buying, planning & strategy
  • Strong understanding of customer aggregation over the digital platform
  • Experience running search campaigns and social media campaigns
  • Experience in brand building, PR and offline marketing management
  • Strong Google Analytics tracking experience
  • Bi-lingual in verbal and written in English is a big plus!
  • Strong organizational & time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • A relentlessly enthusiastic and positive attitude
Education and Experience Required:
  • Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, journalism, eCommerce or related discipline
  • Ad agency and/or online marketing background a must
  • Experience in writing for blogs, websites or publications a plus
