Reports to :

In the beginning will report to the Country Manager with dotted line to the Marketing Manager Latin America (based in Florida and responsible for providing the strategic guidelines for marketing in the region).

Work place: Campinas, SP

This function requires a lot of travelling and candidates must be available for as many trips as necessary (also during weekends).

Academic background / Knowledge :
University degree in marketing or other areas of knowledge with a post-graduation degree in marketing. Expert with Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word.

Foreign Languages: English: fluent

  • Approximately 3 years of experience in the marketing area.
  • Candidates must have strong experience in the execution of marketing plans, events and communication actions.
  • Experience leading the relationship with advertising agencies and clients is a plus.
Responsibilities and duties :
(70% of his/her time): manage the organization of Shows, Events and Go-to-Market activities defined in the yearly strategic plan for all the product lines in Brazil:
  • manage the relationship with the advertising agency that supports event execution in Brazil.
  • be the bridge between the advertising agency and Dealers, ensuring that events execution is successful.
  • Take the ownership of the event execution on-site and the respect of the agreed budget.
  • By interacting with the local advertising agency, make sure that tools provided by International team are adapted to the Brazilian market (brochures, web banners, etc.), work also on media plan execution.
  • Analyze and recommend promotion, and communication initiatives / improvements.
(30% of his/her time): internal work, including:
  • Monitor competitive landscape and provide organization with accurate insight into market share performance.
  • Gather information on competitors' pricing for Value Chain preparation and analysis.
May participate in the development of the marketing plan for Brazil in cooperation with other members of the management team.
