PRODUCT MANAGER

São Paulo-SP

GENERAL PURPOSE:
Responsible for the Marketing Planning and Marketing Plan execution processes of the Audio products categories, to guarantee the achievement of the agreed business objectives, related to top line sales, IGM and Market Share.

RESPONSABILITIES:
  • Responsible for the Marketing Plan and its execution for the categories under his responsibility;
  • Responsible for the planning, and responsible for the control/ monitoring for the categories under his responsibility;
  • Co-responsible for the category's NPS plans in the country;
  • Manage product mix assuring that the right balance between scale and innovation is achieved;
  • Define price positioning based on benchmark;
  • Provide structured input to BU about business development, corrective actions and clear forecast for the coming future;
  • Local validation of product propositions (when applicable);
  • Ensure execution of the categories’ distribution strategy working together with Sales & Trade Marketing teams; support to account plans for the KAs;
  • Manage category to achieve desired levels across the Purchase Funnel;
  • Do appropriate follow-up on the trade plan to assure the required sell out level is achieved;
  • Be on top of product introduction plan, working close to the BU and Technical Product Manager to guarantee proper TTM;
  • Work together with the Technical Product Manager on product portfolio benchmarking & market/ competitive analysis;
  • Lead customer roadshows to present product launchings and marketing campaign / activities;
  • Inspire/motivate all stakeholders in the value chain.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCE:

  • Ability to perform market and competitive analysis;
  • Planning and execution skills on the Marketing mix (4Ps): portfolio management, pricing management, distribution and promotion;
  • Capacity to interact and influence different stakeholders in the value chain (internal & external).
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND: College degree in Business Administration or Marketing.

LANGUAGE: Fluent in English.
