Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the marketing plan and its execution for the categories under his responsibility;
- Manage product mix assuring competitiveness, right distribution per channel, rentability and growth;
- Define price positioning based on market and consumer´s needs;
- Manage the category to increase penetration level;
- Follow up on Trade actions to guarantee appropriate sell out;
- Provide structured input about business development, corrective actions, consumer´s needs and clear forecast for the coming future;
- Lead customer roadshows to present product launchings and marketing campaigns / activities.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related;
- Experience in Marketing, desirable but not mandatory experience in the cosmetic segment;
- Planning and execution skills on the Marketing mix: portfolio management, pricing management, distribution and promotion;
- Hability to perform market and competitive analysis;
- Capacity to interact and influence different stakeholders in the value chain (internal & external);
- Communication and presentation skills;
- Fluent English.
